After learning first hand the challenges of management in a Youth Training Scheme in 1984, Rudi's career included tough challenges of management in the voluntary sector and the FE sector before taking the decision to offer his skills as a consultant to the sector.
As Director and Chief Mentor of TEACHIT Education Ltd, Rudi is channelling over 25 years experience in post-16 education sector into specialist products aimed at improving stategic decisions and enabling teachers to deliver improved performance throughout the curriculum.
As a freelance consultant Rudi contributed to a number of projects for the Learning and Skills Network (LSN), including Functional Skills Support Programme, Diploma Support Programme and Skills for Life Improvement Programme.
He also collaborates with other training resources and training activities.
Rudi has a wealth of experience developing and delivering a wide variety of courses for teachers and senior managers in the post-16 sector. He specialises in change management, and the implementation of Information and Communication Technology throughout the curriculum.
Special programmes are available for development and support of Diplomas, the Functional Skills, Personal Learning and Thinking Skills, Interactive Whiteboard, and innovation strategies for leaders in education and training.
